Body Pump

 

Body Pump is a 45 - 55 minute group resistance training class set to dynamic music. Students exercise using barbells with light to moderate weights and a step to lay on. They perform 50 - 150 repetitions that target the body's major muscle groups. Body Pump is not an "AEROBICS" class, however, it is an excellent weight workout.
