Travel Tricks :

  • Remember to arrive at least 2 hours before your flight. It can take a while to check in and go through security.
  • Take some water on the plane with you. flying can be dehydrating and sometimes the airline dosn't give you enough water
  • Go to the toilet before you get on the plane. Some flights require you to be seated until take off. This can often take up to 30 minutes if not longer if your flight is delayed.
  • Many airports have hotel booking desks. They can often tell you the best place to stay
  • Always go to the taxi stand at airports. Don't trust people who come up to you offering a good deal.
  • Shave before you go through customs
  • When travelling with a suitcase try and wrap something bright around the handle. This will help you identify it on the conveyor belt at the other end and hopefully stop someone picking it up by mistake thinking its theirs.
